Engineered with 8–10mm structural walls and industrial-grade Alloy Steel hardware, the OverSpec system is built to permanent-installation standards. The high-mass architecture — up to 3.6 lbs of High-Temp ABS — acts as a natural acoustic damper, eliminating the hollow rattles and flexing common in lightweight organizers. Zero flex. Zero resonance. This is a permanent upgrade, not a tray.
High-Temp ABS rated for 212°F (100°C). Park in Phoenix in July — this unit will never warp, sag, or melt. Cheap PLA fails at 140°F.
No glue. No snap-tabs. Industrial-grade 10.9 Alloy Steel bolts secure cupholders to the frame. Vibration-proof, serviceable, and swappable. Includes hex key.
Transforms the factory void into three organized layers. Level 1: the lower compartment ~1.5" of concealed storage for a wallet, cards, cash, or phone. Level 2: dual Storage Decks that cap the lower compartment and create a lipped upper tray for quick-access gear.
