Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your OverSpec Console System. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Note: Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use beyond initial inspection.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at overspecdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Pack your item securely in the original packaging. Include all components, hardware, and the hex tool that came with your order.

Ship your return to the address provided in our return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund issued within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at overspecdesigns@gmail.com. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost. This is separate from our standard return policy and is not subject to the $5 administrative fee.
