All OverSpec Console Systems are made to order and precision-manufactured in the United States. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or US federal holidays.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship within the continental United States.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. OverSpec Designs is not responsible for carrier delays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier's system after you receive your confirmation.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. OverSpec Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at overspecdesigns@gmail.com — we will do our best to accommodate changes before the order enters production.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us at overspecdesigns@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
For lost shipments, please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us. We will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
At this time, OverSpec Designs ships within the continental United States only. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied to international orders if exceptions are arranged.
